Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and having the metro station nearby made getting around Lisbon a breeze. I appreciated the friendly service, but I found the breakfast options to be just okay and would have liked a bit more variety. The location was peaceful, away from the busy tourist areas, yet still very accessible.
My experience at the Olaias Park Hotel was overall quite positive. The hotel is well-connected to the metro, making it easy to explore Lisbon and reach the airport. The staff was incredibly helpful, and I found the room comfortable and spacious. However, the dining area can get crowded during breakfast, so it might be a challenge to find seating at peak times.
The hotel offers a great experience with its direct access to the metro, making transportation a breeze. The staff is genuinely helpful and friendly, enhancing the overall stay. However, there were some issues with room amenities, particularly the lack of a kettle and some maintenance concerns that need attention. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable, but the absence of an evening dining option was a bit disappointing.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is excellent for accessing the metro and getting to the airport, which was a definite plus. My room was clean and comfortable, offering decent amenities. However, the service left much to be desired, with some reception staff being a bit rude, which detracted from the overall experience. Dining options were basic, and there seemed to be missed opportunities for better service.
